WIFI PASSWORD

WATER HEATER

Electric water heater. Located in bathroom on the wall to the right when you first walk in. Press On and set your desired hot water temperature. It may take about 10-20 seconds for the hot water to reach the faucet / shower head. 

AC / HEATER

AC - located on ceiling.

Heat - manual thermostat located above the fridge on the wall behind the TV. 

STOVE
Two-burner propane stove top. 

MICROWAVE

The convection microwave is in the pullout drawer to left of stove. 

TOILET

Household toilet with Dual Flush System 

SHOWER
Roll-in shower. 

DETECTORS

- Carbon monoxide detector: located in the bedroom area

- Smoke detector: located in the living room area

ADDITIONAL BEDS

Couch (not a pull out) can sleep one person. 

WINDOWS
Spartan windows are a bit unique, but easy once you get the hang of it!

To Open: Gently remove the arm from it’s holding latch, then use both arms to push the window out. The arms have little indents for where to rest the window. If your window feels stuck, don’t force it. Just message us. We’re happy to help! 

BLINDS

Curtains.
